This solution is used in low batches and reduces the clients costs of owning and maintaining a set of unique injection mould tools.  It is a very good clean and simple solution to a customers particular needs, the standard mouldings are usually made to a high quality and therefore the shielding must not only perform well, but look as equally as good, using detailed masking, as the customer sees the product before they assemble their device.

The areas we provide a service to are water leak detection, TV set top boxes, pay per view devices, hair removers, thickness meters, and torque wrenches to name a few.  We also provide a decorative finishing service to customers that traditionally use metal fabricated enclosures and require a cosmetic finish, that is robust and durable, abrasion and chemical resistant , UV stable and enhances the appeal of the device.
